1. KMJ-01 Center opening VVVF synchronous door operator: width of door opening is 800mm-1100mm
1.1 Adopt round-arc claw synchronous belt and connect with synchronous door vane and hanged plate.
1.2 The inspection and orientation method of left and right hanged plate of the door operator are accomplished through bistable switch, photo-electric code disk and photo-electric encoder.
1.3 The contact area of hanged wheel and track is small, low noise and reliable operation. There are two ways of installation for door operator, that is car frame installation and car ceiling installation. It is optional for the elevator manufacturers.
2. KMJ-02 Center opening VVVF door operator: width of door opening is 800mm-1100mm
2.1 The speed reduction is controlled by first-class V-shape belt for opening and closing the door through synchronous round teeth belt.
2.2 The running curve can be freely controlled by multi-speed, so it is even and has little impact. Holding torque and motor-jammed function are set for opening and closing the door. Highly guarantee the safety of passenger.
3. KMJ-03 Center opening VVVF synchronous door operator: width of door opening is 800-1200mm.
3.1 The door operator adopts new efficient synchronous round teeth belt, so it has the figures of better engagement, simple transmission structure, stable rotation and low noise.
3.2 The motive curve is controlled by advanced photo-electric code disk and photo-electric switch and adjusted according to the position feedback that is detected by the switch.
4. KMJ-04 Center opening VVVF door operator with four panels: width of door opening is 1300-1800mm.
4.1 The door operator adopts new efficient synchronous round teeth belt, so it has the figures of better engagement, simple transmission structure, stable rotation and low noise; Four door panels enlarge the door opening width to the utmost.
4.2 The running curve is controlled by VVVF inverter, and its position can be detected by advanced rotary encoder.
5. KMJ-05 Side-opening VVVF synchronous door operator: width of door opening is 1000~1600mm.
5.1 Round arc teeth synchronous belt are used to connected with synchronous door vane and door hunger plate; The synchronous belt, door vane and door hunger plate are driven by the transmission of VVVF door operator to open and close the door.
5.2 It has the figures of simple transmission structure, stable operation and convenient adjustment.
6. KTCM-01 & KTCM-04 Both are Center-opening telescopic landing device: width of door opening is 1300~2000mm.
6.1 Four doors are used to enlarge door opening width effectively. Door hunger rod is connected with the door panel.
